附属図書館長
本館の施設利用にかかる制限等について
令和5年4月1日より、大学の新型コロナウイルスにかかる行動指針やマスク着用の考え方等が更新されたことを受け、附属図書館（本館）の施設利用については、以下の通りとします（4/3～）。5月以降の運用変更については、改めてご案内します。
また、基本的な感染対策（自宅での体温測定、手指洗浄、換気、３密状態の回避）については、引き続き皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。

■新型コロナウイルス感染症に係る行動指針（R5.4.1より適用）

１．閲覧席数の制限について
一部エリア（※）を除き、閲覧座席の使用制限を解除し、原則全て利用可能とします。
（※）機械換気が十分でない又は発話を前提とするエリア
２．マスク着用について
大学の方針の通り（大学HP）としますが、一部エリア（※前項と同じ）については、着用を推奨します。
具体的なエリアは館内の掲示でご確認ください。なお、カウンターで対応する職員については、マスク着用を基本とします。
３．グループ学習スペースの運用について
（１）グループ学習室（1・2）
発話を前提とするため、機械換気量も考慮し、収容定員を半数としたうえで開放します。マスク着用を推奨します。利用方法は次のページでご確認ください（グループ学習室を利用する）。
＜収容定員＞学習室１・・・8名⇒4名 ／学習室2・・・12名⇒6名
（２）ラーニングコモンズ（１・２）
4月中は、個人学習用のスペースとして開放します（3月までと同様）。席や椅子の移動はご遠慮ください。
※発話可能なエリアとしての開放については現在検討中です。⇒（追記）5/8よりグループ学習ができます（お知らせ記事）
４．その他
・PCルーム（総合情報処理センター分室）は、全席の提供を再開しますが、混みあう場合はマスクを着用を推奨します。機械換気量を考慮し、出入口ドアは常時開放とします。
・食事は全館禁止です。館内での水分補給（飲み物）は可としますが、持ち込みは水筒・ペットボトルなど蓋で密閉できるもののみとし、飲むとき以外はカバンに入れてください。

【Main Library】restrictions regarding to the usage of Library facility
Considering the update of the University Action Guidelines in response to COVID-19, the usage of the facilities in the Main Library will be as follows. (From April 3.)
The changes in operation from May will be announced again.
Also, we appreciate your continuing cooperation in prevention of infectious spread in COVID-19. (Body temperature measurement, washing hands, ventilation, avoiding 3Cs.)
1.Restriction of the reading room
Excluding the following areas (※), we are abolishing the restrictions. All the seats are available in principle.
(※) Places where ventilation is not enough, or places where conversations are assumed.
2.Wearing masks
Wearing masks will be individual decisions. However, it is recommended in the areas above (※).
Staffs at the counter will be wearing masks.
3.Operation of the Group study space
(1)Group study rooms(1・2)
Considering the ventilation, we will open the rooms by reducing the available seats by half.
Wearing masks are recommended in the rooms.
Reservations only. Please make a reservation at the counter.
<Limitation> Group study room 1・・・4 people
Group study room 2・・・6 people
(2)Learning commons(1・2)
Will be opened for individual use during April. (As same as March)
Please do not change the positions of the seats and tables.
We are still considering about changing into a possible conversation area.
4.Others
・We resume providing the usage of all the seats in the PC Room (General Information Processing Center branch).
However, wearing masks are recommended when crowded.
Considering the mechanical ventilation, the doors will always be opened.
・Eating is prohibited in all areas of the library.
・Hydration is permitted. However, it must be in a container that can be closed with a lid, such as water bottle or PET bottle.
Also, please keep it in your bag except when drinking.
