Access to the university’s OPAC is now available from domestic IP addresses.
Students, faculty, and staff of Shimane University are kindly requested to use the VPN service only when accessing OPAC from outside Japan.

現在、OPACへのアクセスと検索機能において不具合が発生しており、ご利用が困難な状況となっております。

We have confirmed that the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) has been experiencing heavy traffic.
As a result, access to the OPAC remains temporarily restricted to on-campus networks only.
Students and faculty members who need to use the OPAC from off-campus are kindly requested to access it via the university’s VPN service.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation.
Currently, we are experiencing technical difficulties with accessing and searching the OPAC system, making it difficult for users to utilize these services.
As a result, various operations within MyOPAC after logging in may also be unavailable or may not function as expected.
We are currently investigating the cause of the issue; however, please be advised that it may take some time to fully resolve.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our users.
An update will be posted on this page as soon as the situation is resolved.
