松江キャンパス情報ネットワークのメンテナンス作業に伴い、下記の通り一部サービスが利用できません。メンテナンス状況によっては、他のサービスも追加で停止する場合があります。皆様にはご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
停止期間
令和7（2025）年4月26日（土）～4月27日（日）
※ 当日は、本館・医学図書館ともに開館します。
停止する図書館サービス
１）自動貸出機による図書の貸出及び延長
カウンター窓口での対応のみとなります。
正確な返却期限日をお伝えできない場合がありますので、月曜以降にMyOPACで各自ご確認をお願いします。
-- 医学図書館: 閉館時間中（カウンターが閉まっている時間）は、4月28日（月）9：00まで貸出ができません。
２）図書館利用証の新規発行・更新
期間中は対応できません。
３）本学で契約している電子リソースの利用
電子ジャーナルやデータベース等の利用ができません（VPNによる学外からのアクセス含む）。
-- 出雲キャンパス: 一部の電子リソースについては、キャンパス内からのアクセスが可能です（別回線を使用しているため）。
４）学内無線LANサービス（WiFi）の利用
-- 本館: 期間中は利用できません
-- 医学図書館: 利用可能です
５）OPAC端末の利用
-- 本館: 利用できる見込みですが、メンテナンスの状況によります。
-- 医学図書館: 期間中は利用できません

Due to maintenance of the network infrastructure at Matsue campus, we will suspend some of our services as follows. Depending on the maintenance situation, other services may be additionally suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

From 2025-04-26 to 2025-04-27
*Both the Main Library in Matsue and Medical Library in Izumo will be open on that day.
Unavailable services
1) Use of the self-checkout machine
You may request to borrow books at the service desk.
We may not be able to tell you the exact return due date, so please check MyOPAC after Monday.
*Medical Library: Books cannot be borrowed during closing hours, i.e. when the service desk is closed, until 9:00 on Monday, April 28th.
2) Issuance and renewal of user's card
During this period, we are not able to issue or renew your user's card.
3) Use of electronic resources contracted at Shimane University
Electronic journals, databases, etc. cannot be used. Access from off-campus via VPN is also not possible.
*Izumo Campus: Some electronic resources can be accessed from on campus as they use a different network.
4) Use of the Univ. wifi network
*Main Library: Not available during the period
*Medical Library: Available
5) Use of the PC to search OPAC
*Main Library: Expected to be available, but it depends on the maintenance situation.
*Medical Library: Not available during this period.
